  • Delivery Service: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

 4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 28 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Customers must contact us at info@sphericparty.co.uk to request a return before sending the item.
  • The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Damages & Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
