Return & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, simply email us, quoting your order number and reason for the return, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sphericparty.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you will need to return the item to us at your own cost.
Returns must be requested in advance; items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. You can drop us an email first at info@sphericparty.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage so we can investigate.
We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued using your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
