Light-Up Numbers Terms and Conditions


  1. Delivery Requirements
    Please ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address. If we are unable to deliver, we will proceed to the next stop. We cannot wait, and any need for a return delivery may incur additional charges. Re-delivery is subject to availability and may involve extra costs. No refunds will be issued if delivery cannot be completed.
  2. Delivery Address
    Deliveries will be made to the address you provided at the time of booking. Any changes to this address are at our discretion and are generally limited to deliveries to immediate neighbouring properties.
  3. Collection Time
    Ensure someone is available to hand over the items at the agreed collection time. A £20 fee will be charged for each failed collection attempt or day we cannot collect. You will also be responsible for any lost revenue resulting from an uncollected item.
  4. Collection Address
    We will collect from the address confirmed during booking. Any changes to the collection address must be agreed upon in advance. We are unable to wait at your venue for extended periods.
  5. Care of Equipment
    Please treat our light-up numbers and letters with care:
    • Never leave the lights unattended when powered on.
    • Do not use glue dots, blutac, or sellotape on the surface.
    • Place the lights on a dry, flat, solid, and level surface to prevent them from toppling (do not place them on grass).
    • Keep the lights dry and shielded from moisture, as they are not waterproof.
    • Do not sit, lean on, or use the lights as stands for items, as this can damage the paint and electrical components.
    • Supervise children and pets to prevent accidents.
    • You are responsible for the safety and use of the lights during the rental period.
  6. Damage Liability
    You are liable for any excessive damage to the lights. Damages may incur a minimum charge of £30, with a maximum replacement cost of £150 per light. Photo evidence of damages will be provided, and we reserve the right to pursue the matter through Small Claims Court if not resolved, including any recovery costs.
  7. Additional Charges
    By making payment for your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If we need to take action to recover payment for damages or failed collections, you will be liable for the associated costs.
